5k and Half MerryThon - or both races back-to-back! Whether you're just hitting the road for the first time or already passionate about the sport, our races provide fun, festive and competitive events where everyone is welcome. Come enjoy beautiful ocean views as you run along the scenic coastline on Cape Ann and race towards our huge finish line arch!

A free youth fitness class run by Beverly High School volunteers. Children are welcome to attend any number of the classes. Growing Strong is a new, free, youth program that aims to provide a welcoming, social environment for children to begin a healthy lifestyle. Fitness is so important, especially for young children. It not only benefits a child’s overall physical health but also improves self esteem, concentration and decreases stress.

Join the Greater Cape Ann Chamber's Health & Wellness Committee for the 2nd Annual WellFest at Harbey Park in Rockport Massachusetts! A Greater Cape Ann Community Wellness Fair. This event will showcase the Cape Ann region's broad range of health and wellness services. From yoga and massage to general health screenings and resources, this event will provide something for people of all ages!

Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. This year marks 30 Years of Celebrating Healthy Kids at the Y—that’s 30 years of highlighting how the Y helps build healthy, resilient kids through physical activity, nutritious foods, learning opportunities and more. The day-long event is celebrated by more than 1.2 million participants nationwide. YMCAs across the country host free community events aimed to inspire kids to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months.
