Bubble Trouble is an interactive stage show that highlights the magic of bubbles

The Peabody Institute Library - Danvers is in big Bubble Trouble! A bubble volcano. Bubble roller coaster. A kid in a bubble? Jeff Boyer takes bubbles to the max in this one-man bubble extravaganza. It’s the craziest, most creative bubble show around. Jeff juggles bubbles, sculpts and builds with bubbles, makes fog-filled bubbles and more. Mixing comedy, music and interactive bubble-magic with science, he engages and delights audiences of all ages.

Hercules and The Heroes at MPL

The Hampstead Players will perform “Hercules and The Heroes" at MPL

The Manchester Public Library invites kids to to a live performance about one of history's greatest heroes - Hercules! The Hampstead Players hosted by the Manchester Public Library, will perform “Hercules and The Heroes,” a play for all fans of Greek Mythology. These exciting myths are best for grades K-8th and fits core curriculum standards for Greek mythology. The event will be at the Manchester Community Center to accommodate the set and seating but you do need to register so we can prepared the space accurately. This wonderful experience of live theater is sponsored by the Hooper Fund to Youth Services of the Manchester Public Library.

Abbot Public Library Lego Club

Children in grades 1-6 are welcome to join our monthly Lego Club at the library. The club will meet the second Thursday afternoon each month, at 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm to build unique Lego constructions. Kids need to supply their own Lego pieces, and take them home again after each meeting.

Each month we will have a building theme, and for the February 13 meeting, it will be “animals.

Please no theme sets, but kids can mix pieces from various sets. Refreshments will be provided and registration is required.

Grace is a multi-talented young woman who tours the state delivering the C.A.R.E.S (Create a Respectful Environment in Schools) program's message to kids. The program teaches kids skills for dealing with bullying and harassment prevention. Grace teaches tolerance for a safe and bully-free environment at school.
