The Middle Street Walk in Gloucester is a full day of Winter Holiday Fun for the whole family.

The Annual Middle Street Walk is a great way to experience Gloucester's Historic District while having fun with the family. The Festivities begin at 10am and go all the way through to the lighting of the lobster pot tree in downtown Gloucester! Pick up a Schedule of Events and get your walk on!  A whole day of FREE activities, shows and events await for all the members of the family.

Lobster Trap Tree Lighting Party in at Cape Ann Art Haven in Gloucester Massachusetts

The annual Middle Street Walk 2019 wraps up every year with the lighting of the lobster trap Christmas tree in Gloucester Massachusetts! Stop by Cape Ann Art Haven for a Holiday Party with hot chocolate, sweet treats, kids' crafts, holiday photos, face painting live music. Caroling starts at 4:30pm, followed by the tree lighting across the street at 5pm. Come find your buoy hanging on the tree, enjoy caroling, seeing the star put on the tree join us for the countdown and celebrate the season with the lighting of our Lobster Trap Tree!

Marblehead Christmas Walk

Experience the beginning of the holiday season at Marblehead's Christmas Walk!

The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce invites you to Marblehead to enjoy four days of holiday festivities, family events and activities!  Come for one or all four days with highlights that include Santa's arrival by lobster boat, the town tree lighting ceremony, Holiday shopping preview parties, the Christmas Walk Parade, 'Holidays are Grand' live performances, a great raffle with great prizes, and all kinds of family events and activities sponsored by local merchants and organizations.

Gloucester's Santa Parade & Tree Lighting

Santa will come to Gloucester to launch the Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting -

Gloucester's Holiday Parade has been a is a great tradition to kick off the holidays! Come enjoy the parade, Santa, and the tree lighting at Kent Circle!  Volunteers will line up parade participants at the State Fish Pier on Parker Street at 2:00 PM and will guide them through downtown Gloucester and on to Kent Circle for the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.

The holiday spirit is in the air in downtown Salem with holiday wreaths, a holiday tree, window decorating contest, fantastic shopping, dining and Santa’s arrival. The kids go wild with excitement as Santa Claus arrives in Salem as he traditionally does on the roof of the Hawthorne Hotel. The Salem Fire Company is expected to assist him with their ladder truck.

The Community House Of Hamilton & Wenham invites children to bring their own flashlight or glowsticks for the tree and gazebo lighting and a Christmas Carol Sing for all ages! Brian Doser, Peter Stewart and Joe Scuderi team up for an exciting musical evening with a few Special Guests. Booklets of carols are provided. NEW SCHEDULE THIS YEAR! Caroling and inaugural lighting of The Community House, lighting of the gazebo in Patton Park and lighting of the Christmas Tree at People’s United Bank on Railroad Avenue with cookies and cocoa! A great way to kick off your Christmas celebrations.

Come to the Holiday Tree Lighting in Salem to kick off the holiday season!

Join Salem Main Streets and the City of Salem as we combine two of our most beloved annual traditions – Greet Santa at the Hawthorne Hotel and the lighting of Salem’s Holiday Tree – into one evening. Santa Claus will arrive at the top of the Hawthorne Hotel (18 Washington Square W) promptly at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2019, with assistance from the Salem Fire Department, of course. Bring the whole family out for carols, festivities, and fun!

Santa’s Arrival & Tree Lighting in Rockport

Santa comes to Rockport Ma by lobster boat to kick off the Holiday season in Rockport Massachusetts!

Where else can you see Santa arrive by lobster boat? Santa will arrive at Rockport’s T-Wharf on Rockport Harbor following a brisk lobster boat ride across Sandy Bay. Then Santa will climb up onto a Rockport Forest Fire truck and proceed along T-Wharf and Mt. Pleasant Street to the Old Firehouse led by Rockport cub scouts.
