Appleton Farms' Winter Solstice Walk

Celebrate the solstice with the Trustees of Reservations at Appleton Farm in Ipswich Massachusetts

Join us to celebrate the winter solstice by slowing down during this busy season and enjoying the silence of night as we walk quietly together. We will meet in the Old House (Farm Offices) to first create our own lantern. Then experience a traditional spiral walk, light up the darkest night of the year with your lantern, and send off a wish as we welcome the returning of the light. Best for adults & older children. Cookies and cocoa will be available while we decorate our lanterns. Please dress to be outside.
