This will also be your first chance to join our new Grandparents Circle – a membership group that is designed to give grandparents special opportunities to spend time with their grandchildren at a place that inspires while it teaches – Boston Children’s Museum.
The Life is Good Festival in Canton this September has a lot of great acts performing over all weekend long, but did you know they've gone out of their way to provide special entertainment for the kids? Salem Residents are encouraged to come to Boston to explore MOS Exhibit Halls, catch an IMAX movie in the Mugar Omni Theater, and see one of the three shows in the Charles Hayden Planetarium!
The HMS Bounty will come to Gloucester on Saturday, September 1 and stay through the weekend offering public tours as part of the Gloucester Schooner Festival 2023! Tours will run Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm.
It’s Base Ball, 1861 style at Spencer Peirce Little Farm! Teams playing today are The Newburyport Clamdiggers, Lynn Live Oaks, and Lowell Base Ball Club. 'Weekend in Summer' will have it's world premiere in Ipswich, Massachusetts! The film tells the story of three young men and their weekend adventure in the Summer that follows their graduation from high school. Written and directed by Brendan Fay, an Ipswich native, the film is a true product of the Ipswich community.
Please join us for the "Night Sky" as the Museum of Science brings their inflatable planetarium to City Hall. Kids can explore the night sky, learn about the stars nearby and get some useful tips for stargazing in the back yard. This program is for Children ages 6 and over. Please register. Space is limited.
Come to Sawyer Free Library for a a special program "Big Snakes" on hosted by Rick Roth and the Cape Ann Vernal Pond Team. This program is for children of all ages and their families. Live snake will be on hand and attendees will get up close and personal with some BIG snakes! All are welcome!!!
