Join us at the Witch House and Pioneer Village for a look at medicinal curiosities from the 17th century. At 1630: Pioneer Village, we will feature herbal remedies from English tradition and a few from the local indigenous tribe. The exhibit will be included in admission and free to Trails and Sails attendees. Pioneer Village is open Saturdays and Sundays only. Tour times are 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 each day.

Team Haverhill's River Ruckus is an annual city-wide festival celebrating the natural resources and beauty of the Merrimack River and the economic and cultural revitalization of the City of Haverhill, MA. Presented by Team Haverhill, a community-based volunteer organization, the festival attracts over 5,000 visitors and residents for a day of family activities including a Classic Car show, live music produced by 92.5 The River, children's activities in the Kids Zone, food from local restaurants, an art exhibition, a crafts show, and spectacular fireworks over the mighty Merrimack River!

Come to Rebecca Nurse Homestead to try your hand at ancient hunting practices! The technique of using an atlatl, or spear throwing stick, is an ancient global technology. Join us, along with the Eugene Winter Chapter of Mass Archaeological Society, as they teach you the finer points about hunting in the ancient world! Stop by the Rebecca Nurse Homestead and hunt a woolly mammoth or woolly rhinoceros. Fun and educational for kids of all ages. Also learn about the tools that Native Americans in Danvers made and used. Bring your Native American artifacts for identification. This event is FREE as part of Trails & Sails 2019! BUT If you would like to visit the Nurse Homestead museum, Admission is $8 adults, $6 seniors, $5 children 6-16.
