The Hamilton-Wenham Farmers’ Market is a food and flower market presented by The Community House. Vendor offerings must be grown, raised, or produced within 100 miles of Hamilton. The Market features a range of vendors offering locally grown produce, honey, flowers, baked goods, artisanal crafts, and more. This market aims to support local farmers and artisans, offering a community space for residents to purchase fresh, locally-sourced products.

Join The Trustees of Reservations host a celebration of Japan and its culture at Long Hill Gardens in Beverly Massachusetts

The Trustees of Reservations invites you Celebrate Japan! at Long Hill and Sedgwick Gardensin partnership with the Japan Society of Boston. Long Hill is collaborating with the Japan Society of Boston again this year to celebrate Japanese culture. The Sedgwick family, who owned and cared for Long Hill from 1916 to 1979, collected Japanese artifacts and Japanese plantings as Mabel Cabot Sedwick was an accomplished gardener and the author of The Garden Month by Month, and her husband, Ellery Sedgwick was a noted author and editor of The Atlantic Monthly. When Mabel passed in 1937, Ellery married Marjorie Russell Sedgwick, a rare plants specialist and the combined creative vision of these two women led to the design of Long Hill’s enchanting gardens. With the many Japanese artifacts and plantings, Long Hill is excited to celebrate Japanese culture through music, arts and much more!

Get ready for Paint Night excitement at the historic Salisbury Beach Pavilion, home to the beautifully preserved antique Looff-Mangels carousel. Limited tickets are available for this event, so be sure to grab yours soon! Your ticket includes all supplies and instruction. Each canvas has a pre-drawn stencil, perfect for artists of all ages and skill levels. Our canvas is 11”x14”, and all colors of paint will be available, allowing for endless creative possibilities. Feed the Beach Creatures at Joppa Flats

You can look at, AND touch the creatures in Joppa Flats touch tank! Feeding time is a lot of fun!

It's time to feed our touch tank animals! Assist our animal husbandry intern team with sorting, identifying, and actually feeding our live marine creatures. Feed periwinkles and rock crabs from the rocky shore, horseshoe crabs and minnows from the salt marsh and hermit crabs and shrimp from the sandy beach. Sign up for one or more and learn all about our creatures fascinating behaviors.
